EXFO Service Assurance (formerly Brix Networks) has developed a Google Gadget that provides an overall Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Quality Report from different locations around the world that offers a quick and comprehensive indication of the quality you can expect of your Internet phone service.

1. Download Google Desktop

In order to use this Internet Phone Quality Google Gadget, you first must have Google Desktop (version 4 or higher) installed on your computer. You can install the Google Desktop by visiting the Google Desktop website.

2. Download Internet Phone Quality Google Gadget

After you've installed Google Desktop, click here to download the EXFO Internet Phone Quality Google Gadget and you will be directed to install the Gadget automatically.

This Google Gadget periodically runs automated tests to determine current Mean Opinion Scores (MOS is an industry standard measurement of voice quality) in real-time across various worldwide test locations to measure Internet phone quality.
